CANCELLATION FEES: Upon cancellation of a rental, a deposit refund will be made only if the booked unit is re-rented for that stated period of time less a $100 cancellation fee.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Unit must be cleaned inside and out before return to avoid cleaning charges. Extra charges for cleaning will be applied if necessary. A fee of up to $100.00 will be charged if the interior of the unit has not been cleaned.

RENTAL CONDITIONS: (Subject to terms and conditions of rental agreement) Rates and rental conditions subject to change without notice.
Rental day is based on number of nights the unit is used. Each night constitutes a rental day. Rental charges are based on rates in effect at pick-up day.

Late charges will be applied at DOUBLE THE DAILY RATE!

Rental to be paid in full before departure.

Insurance is $10 per day. Insurance includes $2,000,000 liability, $300.00 deductible applied per accident. PERSONAL CONTENTS ARE NOT COVERED. Police reports must be filed! All repairs require pre-authorization.

No smoking inside unit. No pets allowed inside unit. (Please be considerate of people with allergies).

Cash or Visa, Mastercard imprint for the amount of $500 required for damage deposit. (Refundable if no damage).

No refunds for unused portions of rental. Major credit card and identification verified at rental.
Some travel restrictions apply.
